Yes, completely free. Tenants will always access the core inspection, escrow protection, agreement, and deposit refund features at zero cost. The platform is monetised through landlord and manager subscriptions, not tenants.
Beta users who join the waitlist will be grandfathered into our introductory rates permanently. You will be given plenty of advance notice before any pricing changes take effect, with the option to lock in your rate.
No. Subscription prices are fixed. Transaction fees only apply when you actively use financial services (agreement generation, deposit placement). Bank interest earned by tenants is always credited in full.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Annual plan holders can switch to monthly at renewal.
Yes. Toggle to annual billing when signing up and the discount is applied automatically. Your card is charged once per year at the discounted rate rather than monthly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and NEFT/IMPS bank transfers. Invoices are available for corporate accounts.
